§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

  1. The following provisions apply to orders placed via our online shop http://www.amanase.de.

  2. In the event of a contract conclusion, the contract is formed with:

  3. The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation for the consumer to submit an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

  4. Orders in our online shop are placed as follows:

    • Selection of the desired product(s)
    • Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
    • Reviewing the items in the shopping cart
    • Proceeding to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button
    • Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)
    • Final review and, if necessary, correction of entered details
    • Submitting the order by clicking the button "Place Order" or "Buy Now"

    The consumer can return to the page where their details are entered and correct any errors using the "Back" button in their internet browser or cancel the order process entirely by closing the browser. Upon receipt of the order, we will confirm this immediately via an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"), which constitutes acceptance of your offer.

  5. Storage of the Contract Text:
    We will send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions via email. The Terms and Conditions can also be accessed at any time at http://www.amanase.de/agb. For security reasons, your order details will no longer be accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

  1. The prices listed include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs, if applicable, are additional.

§4 Delivery

  1. Unless specified otherwise in the product description, all items are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will occur within 5 business days at the latest. The delivery period starts the day after contract conclusion. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period ends on the next business day.
  2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the sold goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price is received.

§6 Consumer's Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the consumer or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.
